Where does Makipmo ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
When is shipping free?
Orders of $20 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping.
When are orders prepared?
Within one day after order confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
The estimate is about one week; carrier times can vary.
What is the return window?
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Customer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return.
Can I cancel?
Request cancellation before fulfillment starts; it cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
How do I track an order?
Sign into My Account and open Orders. Guest customers can email support with the order number.
Are monitoring devices a substitute for medical advice?
No. Use devices as directed and discuss questions or readings with a qualified health care professional.
